About the Role
We are hiring a Male Marketing Executive to represent AIES and drive sales of building materials & construction products across Hubballi and Dharwad. You will work directly in the field — meeting dealers, contractors, engineers, and customers every day.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Field Marketing — Visit markets, hardware shops, and construction areas daily to promote AIES products and generate new leads.
- Dealer Development — Identify and onboard new dealers/distributors; maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
- Client & Site Visits — Meet customers, engineers, and contractors at shops and project sites to explain products and support purchase decisions.
- Sales & Follow-up — Follow up on enquiries and quotations, close orders, and work towards monthly sales targets.
- Payment Collection — Coordinate with clients for timely payments and maintain proper follow-up on outstanding accounts.
Products You Will Handle
- Waterproofing products
- Cover blocks (covering blocks)
- Nails & hardware items
- Other construction & building materials
Candidate Requirements
- Good communication — English & Kannada (read, write, speak)
- Willingness for field work & local travel
- Target-oriented & sales focused
- Two-wheeler with valid licence (preferred)
- Building materials / hardware sales experience (preferred)
